Tasting Notes: The 2021 Quinta do Côtto Sousão presents an intense ruby hue and a captivating bouquet of black fruit layered with balsamic and resinous notes. Subtle spice from barrel aging adds further complexity. On the palate, firm yet enveloping tannins highlight the wine’s depth, while bottle aging has softened its structure, enhancing its elegance and making it even more alluring.
