Intro: Halfway between the mountains of Caramulo, Buçaco and the sea we find Quinta do Encontro, a project from scratch where the use of wood was privileged and where everything comes down to wine, including its shape that resembles a barrel and where the connection between the four floors is made by a spiral that reflects the movement of a corkscrew.
