Tasting Notes: The 2023 Cartuxa Évora Rosé reveals a pale salmon colour with luminous clarity. The aroma shows fresh notes of strawberry, raspberry and delicate floral tones with a subtle mineral touch. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing with lively acidity, displaying flavours of red berries, watermelon and citrus zest. The finish is clean, dry and elegant.
